Full Tilt Points for Rush Poker

Full Tilt Poker has recently released “Rush” poker, creating a ton of buzz and excitement.  Rush poker is a variation of online poker that is fast-paced and allows players to play many more hands in a set amount of time than could be possible in a standard ring game.  Basically, Full Tilt has eliminated the downtime that is experienced when you’ve folded a hand and are waiting for the round to play out.  They’ve introduced a “Quick Fold” option that allows you to fold at almost any time during a hand, even before the action comes to you the first time.  Using “Quick Fold” will immediately take you away from the table and transfer you to a different table where a new hand is just beginning.  This allows for a rapid, intense atmosphere where you can potentially play many hands.

Full Tilt poker has a system of points that rewards players for participating in real-money poker games.  Anyone who is already familiar with the Full Tilt point system may be wondering how Rush poker relates to it.

Using Rush Poker to Earn Full Tilt Points

In regular real-money ring games, Full Tilt awards one point for each dollar that is raked from the pot to each player who was dealt cards in that hand.  The “rake” is the percentage commission that Full Tilt takes from each pot.  This means that if a pot ends up having $3.00 in rake, every player who was dealt cards will get 3 points. Full Tilt also awards fractional points.  For example, if $3.25 in rake is taken, players will receive 3.25 points.  Full Tilt only allows a maximum of 3 points to be earned per hand.

Players who have witnessed the amount of hands that can be played in a Rush game might think that the points system would be lessened.  However, Full Tilt poker has kept the same points policy for Rush poker.  If you were dealt cards in a hand, you get 1 point for every dollar raked from the pot, even if you “quick-folded” before the hand was over.  This is great news for anyone who likes to accumulate Full Tilt points.  Because a player can play so many hands in such a short time, it becomes very easy to rack up the points.  One blogger at Friendly Poker has claimed to get 500 Full Tilt points in just 4 hours of play.

Using Your Full Tilt Points

Your points at Full Tilt can be used to purchase things such as clothes, DVDs, books, and electronics, from the Full Tilt Poker Store.  Many of these items are not available through a cash purchase - they can only be obtained by earning points and spending them at Full Tilt.  If you want any of those items, using Rush poker to get the points is one of your best options.

If you do not have a Full Tilt account, you can register for Full Tilt rakeback today. We also offer exclusive freerolls, rake races and the largest deposit bonus available as well as daily rakeback stats and cashouts.
