A player's rakeback is calculated based on their monthly gross revenue, better known as MGR. There are 2 methods for calculating MGR. These are known as the dealt method and the contributed method (see dealt vs contributed rakeback). After gross rake figures have been calculated (including tournament fees), the poker room deducts things such as bonuses and deposit fees to reach the figure for MGR. A player's rakeback is calculated by multiplying their rakeback % by the MGR figure.
